Placing an order

Order with confidence! You can place your order on-line using safe and secure Paypal via the shopping cart. Personal cheques and money orders are also accepted. All cheques and money orders should be made payable to “Gemila”. Internet bank transfer is also available. Please contact me by email for details luda@gemila.com.au

Shipping and Handling

All Australian orders are shipped Parcel Post via Australia Post free of charge within 2-3 days of payment confirmation. Please allow 5-7 days for personal cheque clearance.
International shipping: please contact me via email at luda@gemila.com.au prior to purchase to discuss shipping options to your location.


All pieces are guaranteed for workmanship with only the finest quality materials used. Every order is checked for quality and carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival to customers. We do our best to reflect the true colours of each piece, on the website. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Goods must be returned in their original condition within 7 days for credit. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The customer shall be responsible for any freight costs incurred by returning goods. Naturally should an item be damaged during shipping I will repair your item at no cost or offer you a full refund.

Due to the personal hygeine natures of earrings we do not accept returns.

Please note: gemstones are natural minerals and may have markings, inclusions or irregular shapes. These aspects are natural to the stones and are considered part of their beauty.

Care Instructions

A silver polishing or jewelry cloth is recommended for cleaning. Please do not use chemical cleaners as they may damage pearls and materials. Most necklaces are strung on stainless steel wire covered with nylon coating (Beadalon or tigertail). Although it is very strong material it may kink if folded or bent. We recommend items be loosely coiled for storage or hung on a jewelry stand.
